No. The categories are where we are most active, but the desk is open scope — if you can specify it and it can clear customs legally, we will assess it and give you a straight answer.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and route. Container-sized parcels (around 25 MT) work for pulses and packaged food; bulk grain and sugar usually start at a few thousand tonnes. Send the request and we will tell you if the size works.

How do you verify suppliers?

Export licences and registrations, shipment history, plant or farm visits where volumes justify it, and references we call ourselves. No supplier is contracted on paperwork alone.

What payment terms do you work with?

Most trades settle by irrevocable letter of credit at sight; documentary collection and staged advance payments are possible on established relationships. Terms are agreed per contract, in writing, before anyone commits.
